President
Heather Cogburn founded her consulting practice in 2012 to bridge the gap between supplier and retailer. After eight years of buying experience at Sam’s Club in the jewelry, home, accessories, and electronics categories, Heather found a passion for partnering with suppliers to develop long term growth at retail. Heather resides in Rogers, AR and completed both her undergraduate in Psychology and MBA at the University of Arkansas.
Vice President, Sales & Business Development
Candy LaRotonda brings 30+ years of experience working in the Housewares industry. She has experience as an analyst, category advisor and National Account Manager. She is passionate about driving the business and will look for key insights to share that will grow the bottom line whether it’s with a current or new retailer. Candy has a degree in Business Management from the State University of New York. Her passion is teaching and working with the women in her local church.
Sales Coordinator
Kinley Blue is attending NWACC with a major in Business. She brings accounting experience with her from working at a local accounting firm over the last two years. In her spare time, she enjoys spending it with both family & friends.
